In store returns policy:
If you have visited Pearls Essentials and made a purchase on which you would like to return .
You have 7 days to do so from date of purchase.
The clothing item must have original labels still attached, No marks or odors on
the clothing i.e perfume or make up etc.
Shoe returns: We ask shoes are tried on indoors on a suitable
surface to not defect the shoes and to be returned in there
original packaging for possible resale.
Jewelry i.e earrings can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
If items are not returned in the time frame we can not issue a refund.
Delivery returns policy.
We deliver on a Wednesday and Friday, We have a 7 day returns policy for any items
to come back to ourselves.
The same rules apply with items being in there original packaging and original labels being
attached items must have no marks IE make up etc or Odors i.e perfume etc.
Shoes must be tried on, on a suitable surface and have no signs of wear.
If you have a delivery and would like to return an item you can request an item to be
picked up from yourself and brought back to us but this will incur a £2.50 fee for our delivery
lady to collect.
or you can return your item back to us in person within 7 days.
if items are not returned in side of the returns window we can not offer a refund.
Postal returns policy
If you have a postal order and would like to return an item, we offer a 14 day returns policy
items must be in original packaging or original labels attached and no signs of wear i.e make up or perfume odors etc
Shoes must not show signs of wear, so we do ask for them to be tried on, on a suitable surface.
for returning your parcel, the fee will be your responsibility to send back to us at pearls essentials, If your item is out
of the returns window we will not be able to issue a refund, re sending your parcel back to you will incur a charge.
Refunds are processed within 24/48 hours.
Sale items are non refundable - We do have a Facebook page of a pre loved page you can go online and swap/sell your item.
Faulty items -
We are sorry to hear your item is faulty, If you shop in store, delivery or have a postal please contact us as soon as
possible and we can offer a return or a replacement free of charge.
